Personal and Executive Coaching

Until recently coaching and coaching methodologies were only ever available to CEOs, executives and sportspeople.

Having experienced the dramatic changes coaching has enabled in our and our clients' lives, we believe that everybody should have access to coaching.

Our vision for Forte is that an ability to self-coach becomes widely recognised as a life skill and becomes part of the school and a workplace curriculum.

Our aspiration at Forte is that one day we will be able to go out of business satisfied that everybody has the skills they need to succeed in life.

Some people think that coaching is not for them because of the business of life or perhaps their circumstances. We get that! That is why we believe that coaching should be as flexible as possible to be accessible and to meet the demands of busy lifestyles.

A significant percentage of our new clients come to us having never experienced coaching. That is why we have prepared some FAQs to help answer the most frequently asked questions.

A: One of its most popular definitions is that it is "Unlocking a person's potential to maximise their own performance" Timothy Gallwey "The Inner Game of Golf, Tennis, Work".

 Q: What is Personal Coaching?

A: Personal Coaching is when the client, the coachee, wants some help with overcoming personal obstacles and challenges.

Q: What is Executive Coaching?

A: Executive Coaching is when the coachee requires some external help with making decisions or preparing for opportunities within the scope of the senior role they are in.
