An incredible event is just around the corner and we at Forte Training company are extremely excited!

Forward is a Women’s Leadership Forum which was established in October 2018 by Colette Colclough, VP of Human Resources at Maryland Public Television (MPT).

It was created to serve women who have a desire to cultivate their lives, careers, and community.

The WLF is a venue for women to come together and experience other positive, influential, and uplifting women from all walks of life. Women are able to acquire knowledge, obtain resources, and make connections that will help them move forward to reach their goals.

Sounds just right up street, doesn’t it?

Well, we are delighted to announce that this year Forte Training Company is supporting Forward Women’s Leadership Conference 2021 which will be streamed online form America and is said to attract a global audience or 500+ Women in the Workplace.

Our CEO Magdalena Gabriah will be facilitating a session on Women in Leadership (in the Post Covid 19 World) which is such an important question to answer, how do women leaders fit into the New Norm.

“Are there any opportunities for women leaders to have a greater say on how the life as we knew it gets rebuilt. Is rebuilding the world like for like simply a counter productive exercise.

Should we (women leaders) be aiming to do better, to do more, to have a greater influence?. My answers are: Yes, Yes and Yes!” Magdalena Gabriah

This and more questions will be answered on the day with Magdalena’s presentation scheduled for Day 1 of the Conference on Thursday, 18.03.2021 at 1:30-2:45pm EST . Don’t miss it!

Even more reasons to tune in to this fantastic event is that our incredibly talented Global Leaders Think Tank Alumna Sovel Cunningham has also been invited. Sovel who is a Head of HR and a published poet will share her poetry with the Forum attendees.

Sovel is also opening Day 1 of the Conference at 8.00 am EST.
