"The MBTI feed back session with my coach at the age of 32 literally changed my life.
I wish I had had the opportunity to take it sooner. "
Magdalena Gabriah,
MBTI Practitioner
"I grew up in a very extroverted household (before I even knew about extroversion and introversion) and remember always feeling inadequate as I couldn't do with ease what other members of the family could: strike up a conversation with a stranger, ask a famous musician for an autograph. My group of friends was very different to other family members'- instead of having lots of friends, I had a very small circle of close friends who knew me very well.
It was only when I was applied for a leadership programme at work in my 30s, when I was offered an MBTI questionnaire. That is when I understood that my natural preference for receiving the energy from the world around me was via my natural preference for introversion.
I remember a massive weight lifting off my shoulders as I began to understand that I as not lacking, I just view the world differently and that is ok."

The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner's aim is to help you understand yourself and others as well as improve interactions in your daily life and work.
The MBTI assessment is based on the work of Carl Jung and was developed by IsabelBriggs Myers and Katharine Briggs to identify 16 personality types to help explain differences in how people take in information and make decisions about it.
Your report will show you how your personality type is distinctive from other types and how it influences the way you perceive, community and interact.
Your MBTI Practitioner will arrange a feedback session to explain the report findings, answer any questions you may have and give you an opportunity to create a Personal Development Plan.
The MBTI Practitioner will be able to explain to you why there is no right or wrong answer to the questionnaire, no right or wrong personality type.
Each personality type has its own strengths and potential blind spots that you can, if you want, choose to develop.
How can an MBTI Practitioner help you understand yourself better?
Your MBTI Practitioner will first arrange a consultation to explain how the questionnaire will be administered and what are the best conditions for answering the questions.
The questionnaire should take between 20-40 minutes to complete.
Afterwards your MBTI Practitioner will arrange a 90 minute call to explain the findings, as well as give you an opportunity to develop your own Personal Development Plan based on the Personal Impact Report.
The report will help you uncover the following insight into your own personality:
Your Work Style
